I kept the star theme and made some changes in the design, so not to copy her card exactly. I did keep the same color scheme because the red & blue are the colors of his alma mater and favorite college team, although I did use gold instead of silver for the large star.

Edit: We did something different for our DS, but this card was special to me, so I have been saving it for a very special reason or person. Fast forward to 2023, the Teapotter's challenge for Laura is perfect. It fits the occasion and person perfectly! I'm glad to send it on to congratulate her on her amazing promotion and thank her for her dedicated service.

What a fun, celebratory card this is,and perfect for a son getting a promotion. I love the embossed stars on this and how you layered the die cut stars too. You have made a wonderful card based on Liz's lovely inspiration card. ~Karen.
