I am so happy to be hosting this week's color challenge and chose Misty Moonlight, Calypso Coral and Mint Macaron with your favorite yellow for dessert.
You have to look close to see my yellow but there is a little star on the tree. I pieced the background with 1/2" strips of cardstock to mimic the stripes in the gnome's hat. The Christmas tree is actually another gnome's hat - I just omitted the rest of her.
I so hope you will find a little time to stamp with us this week!
Hey! I actually got a blog post written about these gnomes. See more here.

This is adorable Chris. I was thinking about using this stamp set, but went in a whole other direction! I love that pieced background - it works so well with the gnome's hat.

I saw that gold star on top of the tree right away! What a clever idea to carry out the stripes in the gnome's hat with the background of your card! So adorable!

Chris, I love, love, love the pieced background. That's such a fun technique. The fact that the background matches the gnome's hat is so clever. Super cute card!
