I did the Bokeh background for the Forever Blowing Bubbles Ways to Use It. I really struggle getting the craft white bubbles to show up and it never gets dry!
I tried to outline the bubbles with a white gel pen but wasn't happy with that either. I love the dreamy look, but don't think it came out right.
I followed the Bokeh technique on Splitcoast for this card. Celebrate safely and Happy New Year!

Try using white acrylic. Personally I've never heard problems with the white pigment ink drying, but I know other people have mentioned it. White paint applied VERY thinly, with your finger tip if you don't mind the mess, works well, or white gesso. I think this has a great celebration feel.

I think this looks great...your white bubbles have a bit of a sheen to them. Try some of Sabrina's tips next time....I've used gesso with success. Happy New Year Sharon!
