The fold wasn't challenging...the circumstances were. I am at my daughter's, I packed some supplies to see if I could create without all my junk. One thing I didn't bring was dies/diecutting machine. But I did bring a bag of scraps that my SU demo gave me. There was a little bit of everything in that bag but, sadly, no round diecut card base. So I used my daughter's exacto knife to cut the oval etc. Please don't look too closely, it is very ragged. I scored the dsp incorrectly, so it isn't quite long enough. I felt like I was making this up as I went. Because I tried to cover up the ragged edges, I got some black ink on the already embossed and inked front piece, so I sponged some black on top of the sahara sand, then proceeded to get black marks all over the place. I brought a sanding eraser, I can't find it...maybe in the car? Maybe I lost it? Anywho, this is the best I can do at this time. I'll try again when I'm home. I did bring a few stamp sets so there is stamping inside. The sprig on the front oval was in the scrap bag, just colored it. Stressful but proves that one can create without fancy tools. I felt like I was camping without a camp stove, tent or any conveniences.

I've added the L to your keyword ;-). I think you did amazingly for limited supplies and especially no dies. I think ovals are harder to cut than circles. Love the sprig against the texture.

well, you did have all you really needed! And don't forget the pumpkin pie on the CC card. I thought your black smudges were purposeful. Kuddos to you free handing the oval.
