This card is for today's Tea Party challenge using today's color challenge to make my focal panel. My word for Kandie is peace.
I stamped my focal panel and added Flirty Flamingo sponging over my stamped image. I had to substitute Not Quite Navy for the Misty Moonlight, I also did not get dessert.
I thought this floral arrangement looks peaceful. I distressed the edge of the focal panel using my scissors. I directly inked some white card stock with the Not Quite Navy ink for my matting layer adding a doily peeking out between the two layers. I wrapped it with gold cord and added the peace die cut to complete the card.
Thank you for the challenges and thank you for looking!

This is so beautiful! Couldn't sleep so browsing the gallery and this popped up - love it! That shade of peachy pink is perfect with these shades of greens and blue. I love the doily peeking out and the gold cord wraps this up perfectly. I'll be adding this to my faves : )

Stunning. Your stamping/sponging/arranging is impeccable. Both the florals and the colors definitely radiate "peace" so you created the perfect panel for your word. Love the bit of doily peeking out the edges. Fabulous card and I bet Kandi will be quite moved.

Love the pink and blue colours used here. A beautiful card made nicer with the doily tucked between layers. I wouldn't have thought of that detail but it really adds to this beauty.

Beautiful, favourited. Great combination of stamps and colours. Layering the doy under the panel is a brilliant idea, I really like that. It stops it from being too dominant.
