Okay, I have over 30 die-cut trees leftover from making my Christmas cards... and there was no way I was going to throw away all of those trees. (The trees on my cards are green with white while these are the leftover parts -- white with green, minus the green inset pieces this time). Sooooo, I am challenging myself to make as many winter (non-Christmas) cards with these trees as possible. Winter is short here in GA (and it's 81 degrees out here right now), so I don't have a very big window for using these, but I sure don't want to waste them.
Adhere piece of Consortium Crafts green Ink Drops paper to the front of a white A2 card base. Using letters/numbers stencil and Crumb Cake ink, use blending brush to stencil a small area along the right side edge of the card. Using netting stencil and Early Espresso ink, use blending brush to stencil across part of the left and middle of the card front.
Using palette knife, add crackle paste around upper left corner, top, and lower right corner of card. Allow to dry. Rub Crumb Cake ink into the cracks with fingertip to highlight the cracking.
Add glue around part of right card edge and bottom left card edge; sprinkle with mica flakes. Allow to dry and then shake off the excess mica flakes.
Use alphabet stamps to spell "Peace" and stamp near top of card in Early Espresso ink. Use stipple brush to highlight word with Pumpkin ink.
Splatter card front with watered-down brick red acrylic paint. Let dry. Adhere 3 previously die-cut white trees (without their center inset pieces). TFL!

WOW, i enjoyed all your versions of trees, and I too am a scrap (leftovers) user, if at all possible! ahhaha This is my favorite as it is so artsy and different. What a gift this will be for someone in your circle of friends. Thanks for the kind comment on my "Queen" birthday card. appreciate it. ENJOY the holidays and take good care!
