Another one for Toni's plaid challenge. Awhile ago, I was looking for something else & came across this image stamped and colored and Stickled on a large piece of cardstock. This was before I even had the Misti! (I think I used archival ink and waterbased markers and various Stickles). Toni's plaid challenge got me making it into a card. ~thank you Toni~ I added yellow stars after I diecut it. Glued one part to the plaid and used lots of thin dimensionals on the portion on the island indigo. Diecut some snowflakes and Stickled them up and done.

Ah, Shirl, this card is beautiful. Winter scene cards are my favourite! In my imagination, the blue and tan houses are brick, and the little red one is a frame house 😀. I love the sparkly snow. I still use my stickles too. The extra snowflakes make for perfect framing.

Shirl, I adore your wintry scene and the icy look with the Stickles. Your plaid is so pretty and looks perfect with the blue base. Something before the MISTI...how did we ever make a card without it? Don't even want to think about it.

Shirl, I do love this little snow village so much .... love the 'snow' and glitter you added to the house roofs, ground, chimney smoke, etc. Your color combo of Gumball Green and Island Indigo really appeal to me, too.
