This card is for the limited supply challenge from last week, to make a card measuring at least 4x8, no decorative paper, limited embellishments. I was inspired to make a flag card by an older addition of PaperCrafts Magazine, April/May, 2006...I used the linen background stamp and distress ink for the stripes, and the star from Old Glory. Used Ranger puff white emboss for stars then smudged all of the paper with more distress ink. Sentiment came from sheet of letters from MM that have limited vowels left!! (They should totally make a separate set that is all vowels, and the Wheel of Fortune consonants!!) LOVE this yarn, got it from Michael's just because I thought it was sooo soft and pretty...now if only I could find someone to make me a sweater with it!!!!!!

I should have known this would be your card, Kelly. It's wonderfully delightful and such a creative idea for that challenge! Oh, BTW, just send all your unused yarn over to ScapperLinsey....she can do just about anything ~ Make cards, sew, knit, make cards, and then make more cards.
Be sure to tell her I sent you over there! Love this card, girl!
