I just love this sketch, Roxie....what a great challenge!!! I wanted to make a patriotic card today to celebrate July 4th and for the Double Dare challenge hosted this week by Joanne (sleepyinseattle). She challenges us to make a patriotic card with either stars, stripes, or both on our card. I used a 2004 SU retired set called Star-Spankled Banner and the paper is from Best Creations. You should see this paper IRL...it is embossed and has glitter on the flag and stars. I can't believe I didn't add any ribbon or brads...I must be sick!!! TFL and have a great day!!

Joan, this is totally fabulous!! I love Best Creations paper and this is really wonderful with the hints of sparkle. Your background panels are perfection, I love how they are individually matted. Gorgeous card!

This is a great patriotic-themed card and just in time for the celebration of our independence!
