Pam's Color Challenge - Crazed over Crushed Cherry Cobbler and dessert option - gratitude
Toni's Ways to Use It - Mmmm, Food
My Stampin Up demonstrator dropped off my order this morning. This new stamp set and dies were terrific for both challenges. This is my first time to use both. For me there's always a learning curve with new products. I was inspired by Amy's fabulous card:
For my case: I changed to Brick Wall embossing in the background, used a scrap of ribbon instead of CS strips and layered white on white. I extended the elements over the oval edge and used a different sentiment placed lower on the card. Used different colors for the challenge. Thanks Amy for sharing your card!
Food - pumpkins and squash -it's that time of year. The sentiment was stamped in curry, die-cut, popped up and goes for dessert; does that mean - eat your words! LOL Both pumpkins were stamped in Cajun Craze, although the larger one was stamped off first. The squash and stems in the curry and two more stems in the cherry. I arranged the elements on the oval which was popped up over the ribbon.
Had fun with my new toys. Two excellent challenges. TFL

Diane,
This card has a simple elegance to it!! The lovely brick bg to those amazing images! But what I like is how everything just coordinates so well! That sentiment raised up is gorgeous!
