I guess I'm planting apples in my garden because this is what I found when I went looking for seeds. To accentuate the seeds, I embossed them with black EP. Then I stamped the apple core by inking up with Antique Linen and Tea Dye and spritzing with water and inking the top and bottom with Candied Apple/Fired Brick and spritzing. I masked off the core, but it turns out I didn't really need to. The apple half didn't quite reach it. Once I had them all stamped and dried, I drew in a table with Spectrum Aqua marker and washed it with a wet brush. Finished with a big get well sentiment, because get well always goes with apples. I usually prefer coloring over stamping, but I enjoyed making this card.

Get well is certainly perfect with an apple. Fab colouring, Jen. I was kind of wishing I had some real apple seeds. But they're something I rarely buy because it's hard to match tg taste of your own apples fresh from the tree, which is what I grew up with.
