I had a really good time stamping this morning, mostly because I was looking forward to the tea party and sketch challenges. Worked out great to combine them.
Love the sketch...always have loved the 'cluster' style. I had never used this SU bunny set. I probably bought it because I started to have grandchildren but never once made a card with it. It's a multiple step stamp, which I haven't ever done much with. I played around with different inks until I was happy with the results. The alcohol ink background is from my stash and, as always, no idea how I made it. I think it was gel plate but....don't quote me. Edged the oval with the flirty flamingo. The gold trim on the side is vintage, from my Mom's stash.

Gorgeous background—I’d never have thought of it with a stamp like that but they go perfectly! I know what you mean about getting “kid stamps” when kids are in the family to make cards for, I’ve done the same with nieces and nephews! Although I didn’t use them enough to justify so I mostly stick to Dollar Treee stickers for kid cards these days…I feel less guilty if they don’t get used and I give them away!
