Ok, I've tried just about everything I can think...

Ok, I've tried just about everything I can think of in the printing options and nothing changes the setup of the pdf file. It still comes out with too small a month size.
Any other ideas?

Even the Quikutz shown above would not be equal if you use the outer two for a cut and mat.
