This week the Alphabet Challenge is taking on two letters - B & and Z! My B is represented by the cute little bee buzzing the flower. My Z is represented by the zig zags on the Soft Suede cs.
Kathy (muscrat) selected sketch 332 for our cards - we thought we'd make them while chatting via FaceTime however, I made mine later. Fun sketch, Kathy!
I softly sponged the edges of my background floral piece as well as soft sponging around my focal flower.
I stamped the bee and the flower with Memento Black ink, stamping the bee first and masking it to stamp the flower. Then I colored the image with Copic markers. I decided to mat that panel with a small mat just to help it not get lost on the background floral panel. I added a sentiment (crooked though it is) with Teeny Tiny Wishes.
Thanks for the challenge and thanks for looking!

So very pretty! I love your bee on your hydrangea, and your pretty sponging really accents the flower beautifully! Love your Zigs and Zags, and pretty DP!

What a terrific card this is for the BZ Alphabet challenges. This card is full of wonderful blooms too, so another B for you! I really love how you stamped the bee first, then stamped this large bloom- that is an impressive look indeed! You have used a great mix of papers and stamping that really showcase this wonderful card design perfectly. Our cards are homemade so they do not have to be perfect, and I would not have even noticed your sentiment is the tiniest smidge "off" if it was not mentioned in the writeup (smile). ~Karen.

This is a pretty card and fulfills the challenges really well. I'd say that just by having a Bee BZzzzzing on the card you got both letters, but I love the zig-zag panel as well.
